What is the difference between rough, final, and post-construction cleaning?
Rough clean happens mid-build to remove gross debris so trades can keep working. Final clean happens after trades finish, removing dust and prepping for inspection. Post-occupancy clean (sometimes called "second clean") handles dust that resettles in the first 30 days after the building is occupied.
How long does post-construction cleaning take?
Depends on square footage and trade-debris load. A 5,000 sq ft office final clean is typically 1-2 days with a 4-6 person crew. Larger projects scale crew size to stay inside the GC's punch-list window.
Do you coordinate with general contractors?
Yes. Most of our post-construction work is contracted directly through GCs. We coordinate scheduling around trade punch-list dates, work alongside floor finishers and final-touch trades, and stay flexible if the build schedule shifts.

Yes. Construction dust keeps settling for 30-60 days after the building is occupied. A follow-up deep clean 30 days after move-in lifts residual dust from vents, behind furniture, and on surfaces that weren't placed when the final clean ran.
